Launch of new Group Strategy 2023-2026: Inspiring Individual Recovery

This week we officially launch our Group Strategy 2023-2026: Inspiring Individual Recovery.

This strategy sets out our vision for providing even more effective and meaningful support designed to ensure that everyone can achieve a life they value.

It outlines the key priorities for all organisations across Recovery Focus with a focus on partnership as we want to enhance our services and build stronger partnerships, using evidence-based practices and pioneering new approaches to recovery.

Through this strategy, we will continue to focus on improving the lives of those we support, putting their needs, aspirations, and hopes for the future at the centre of what we do.

"There’s still a lot of work we need to do to help people on their path to recovery and our strategy outlines how we aim to achieve this." Derek Caren - CEO

Working Together: We’ll put people at the heart of everything we do.

Reach: We’ll strengthen our presence and partnerships in the places we operate.

Sustainability: We’ll ensure the sustainability of the Recovery Focus Group.

Derek Caren, CEO of Recovery Focus Group said:
“This strategy builds on the success and learnings of the previous three years. The COVID-19 pandemic had an enormous impact on people’s wellbeing and we’re seeing this play out now. There’s still a lot of work we need to do to help people on their path to recovery and our strategy outlines how we aim to achieve this.”
